Weekend On-Call RN

Full Time

$4,000 Sign On Bonus

Serving Porter, LaPorte, Starke, Jasper and Lake Counties. Our program is expanding and we are looking for staff to join our team and support our growth!

Patient care visits, admissions, phone triage are all required. Hospice experience NOT required. Must be a registered nurse (RN).

Generous and Competitive Wages.

Qualified Candidates will possess:

  • Unrestricted RN license in the State of Indiana
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Minimum experience of 2 years medical surgical, critical care or oncology nursing
  • Hospice experience preferred

RN Case Manager

Full Time with On Call Rotation

The Registered Professional Nurse serves as a case coordinator by providing, arranging for, teaching and supervision of the health care of hospice patients. The nurse appraises patient and family care needs and coordinates services with the interdisciplinary team.
